A treasure to protect: to preserve the natural sea resources , Labeyrie wild smoked salmon comes from 3 different species: Silver salmon, Red salmon and Keta salmon.

Each wild salmon is unique. Because of its specie, its age and its feeding, the colour of its flesh varies from bright red to pale pink. Its texture is very specific, at the same time, thin and firm .
The wild salmon has three times less fat than a classical smoked salmon (-5% of lipids) and an exceptional proteins content (+23g per 100g).
