Traditional smoked salmon

Labeyrie has 50 years’ experience in traditional salmon smoking. Our traditional smoked salmon are processed in the traditional way : they come from Norway, the fillets are hand-prepared, salted with dry salt, then smoked in a vertical position, string-hung, for hours.
We propose a smoked salmon of character for those who want to revert to authentic savours!
