All our salmons are bred for three years in aquaculture farms that respect a ratio of 2% of fishes for 98% of water.
The breeding farms are selected for the purity of their water and their respect of the environment. The feed given to the fish must be hormone-free.
Know-how and traceability from beginning to end of the process
All our fillets are hand-prepared one by one and smoked according to an expertise transmitted from generation to generation for more than 50 years.
We guarantee that the process is strictly monitored, with 70 control points. The traceability is effective from the breeding farm to the sales outlet.
