Commitment #1: RAW MATERIALS FROM SUSTAINABLE PRACTICES

Our salmons come from selected sites for the purity of their waters respecting the environment and animal welfare.

Commitment #2: RESPECT OF THE ECOLOGY BY IMPROVING OUR PACKAGING

We are increasing the proportion of recycled material in our packaging (today 50% is recyclable)

We have opted for smoked salmon packages with no cardboard sleever which divides the packaging material by 2

Commitment #3: LESS TRANSPORT CARBON

For our salmon suply, we develop the concept of intermodal transport by rail and sea: this represents 50% of our supply in Norway 

-Road: 51g CO2/T/km

-Rail: 8g CO2/T/km

-Sea: 7g CO2/T/km

Commitment #4: TARGETED ACTION ON OUR ENERGY CONSUMPTION

We use cleaner energies by replacing fuel by natural gas.

We limit the energy losses by recovering the heat from our workshops.
